Guidelines for filling Admission Form
1SSC ( Std. 10th ) Marksheet
2Trial Certificate for SSC ( Std. 10th ) describing the number of attempts required to clear that exam.
3Marksheet of Std. 11th provided by the school.
4Std. 12th or Equivalent examination’s Marksheet
5Trial Certificate for Std. 12th describing the number of attempts required to clear that exam. The certificate should bear the signature and stamp of the school principal

  1. School Leaving Certificate or the transfer certificate.
  2. If the place of birth is not mentioned in the School Leaving Certificate then the proofs related to the place of birth should be provided along with it.

  1. If the caste of the student is not included in the approved list of Scheduled Castes, and Scheduled Tribes and is not included in the list of social castes, then the student is required to furnish the certificate issued by the authority of such caste.
  2. If the student belongs to any socially backward caste or educationally backward caste or creed, then the student should furnish the certificate issued by the authority of such caste or class.
8If the student belongs to a socially backward caste or educationally backward caste then the student should furnish a certificate that his/her father/guardian/family doesn’t belong to an economically good (affluent) class of people amongst their caste / creed.
9Physically Challenged Certificate mentioning the physical disability of the student. (Only if it is applicable)
10If the student is a son/daughter of an Ex-military man, then he/she should include a certificate issued from the approved military authority.
11If the school leaving certificate doesn’t mention the caste / sub-caste of the student, then he/she should provide the caste certificate.
12Two envelopes mentioning the address of residence or communication of the student without postage stamps.
Note:All the documents included in the application forms for admission should bear a signature of the student and his/her parent. Students are advised to make these preparations well in advance in order to avoid any last minute rush. The students are also advised to keep a set of 25 to 30 recently developed passport photos. Twenty complete sets should be prepared with all the applicable documents as mentioned.
