| The District Education Officer of the respective districts has to form the squad for the theoretical examination of C.P.Ed. / D.P.Ed. after consulting the principal of the District Education and Training Institute. |

| . | About Examination Centers and Center Administrator : |

| Practical examination of teaching field and skill field of physical education and Certificate in Primary Education examination and examination of Diploma in Physical Education will be held on respective college (institute). The principals of the respective institutes will be the center administrator in the particular practical examination. |

| There is only one centre for examination of Education field (Theory) at district level. The examination is held at the places as decided by the officer of the district, education officers of the respective district. He or his representative shall be organizer of the centre, who shall not be below the cadre of class 2 officer. |

| . | About Teaching Field and Skill Field Examination : |

| The internal and external examiners in the teaching field and skill field examination will be appointed by the respective district education officer. The number of pair will be decided considering the number of trainees. |
|
| So that after receiving the notification, the required number of pairs of examiners for teaching field and skill field, shown separately on the letter pad, with request register has to be sent to the office of the district education officer of the respective district and the another copy of the same should be brought with the file of application form. So that there will be no question of making any changes later on in the allotted number of internal and external examiners and the appointment given that way will be liable to be cancelled. |

| The above mentioned examination has to be taken on the seat no. allotted by the State Examination Board, Gujarat State, Gandhinagar. It is to be noted that changes in that at local level will not be accepted. |

| Note : Usually 1 pair for 20 trainees in teaching field exam and 1 pair for 30 trainees for skill field exam is to be allotted. |

| . | About the appointment of examiners for theoretical and practical examination : |

| Theoretical and Practical examinations are to be taken by pairs of internal and external examiners. In which, experienced, senior, honest and sincere professors of the institute should be appointed. |
|
| Where as in the appointment of the external examiner, experienced and eligible and sincere and honest professors of the other C. P. Ed. College should be the first choice. After that, sincere and honest teachers of government or granted higher secondary and secondary school having educational qualification of M. P. Ed. with minimum three years experience should be selected and even after that if more professors are required, then only sincere and honest teachers of government or granted secondary school having educational qualification of D. P. Ed. and with minimum five years experience have to be selected. |

| Priority should be given to the National / State Award Winner teachers having above eligibility of the examiner. It is instructed that the District Education Officer has to supervise that the examination are taken neutrally and the ambience is maintained. |
