Gujarat Council of Elementary Education Following successful implementation of DPEP II in District of Banaskantha, Panchmahal and Dangs, the state implementing society Gujarat Council of Elementary Education, was entrusted with the responsibility of implementing DPEP IV, in year 2004, in the externally funded districts of Kutch, Sabarkantha and Surendranagar and, also, Government of Gujarat funded districts of Bhavnagar, Jamnagar and Junagadh. The project was concluded in June 2005. The achievements of DPEP IV are as under:
